Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, a pull down, queen sized bed, wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. National Airport 6 miles. Bus stop one block away.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
