Our studio is perfect to spent your dream vacation. It gives flexibility to relax and wake up in the morning with the nice morning breeze and a puertorrican expreso coffee cup. From this strategic location, you can explore several beaches around it, such as Guilligan, Ballena, Playa Santa, La Jungla, Parguera, Tamarindo, and many others. Also, it gives an excellent location for mountain biking and hiking at the Natonal Dry Forest, Las Pardas, Pitufos, and many others. Also, you can paddle board from our dock and see the nature of our Ensenada bay.

This is a living concept of two individual studios. STUDIO#1 is an open space area of about 1,000 square feet and STUDIO#2 is a two (2) story apartment (700 square feet) with the open bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen, living room and bathroom on the first level.
