Kuća ima direktan privatni pristup samoj obali jezera koji nudi lepo mesto za pecanje, roštilj ili jednostavno za opuštanje. Kuca se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji, jer nije blizu glavnog autoputa, ali je ipak dobro povezana sa svim bitnijim mestima u okolini.
