Sea Oats offers 50 boat slips, private boat launch, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, picnic area with grills, two Olympic size pools and covered parking. Serenity Sands Beach House is a newly-renovated vacation rental cottage located in the Morgantown community of Fort Morgan. It is located just steps from the beach access boardwalk. The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably. There are 2 king beds, a twin daybed & trundle. There are also comfy living & dining areas, breakfast bar with seating & fully stocked kitchen. All linens (not beach towels), 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, charcoal grill, & beach/pool toys (cart, umbrella, chairs) are provided.

Ruff Life Beach House - Fort Morgan - Dog Friendly

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.
