The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a futon to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! $500 fine for parties or smoking.

The unit has it's own A/C unit and a separate water heater from the larger unit on the other side of the building so you have full control of your environment. The space also features two large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, or black-out curtains to help with sleeping in! 10% discount for returning guests upon request.
