Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
