Perfect central location, sleeps 8 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Bakers Loft, park up to 4 boats private location

Bakers Loft has hosted countless professional fishermen at Lake Guntersville. The house is 700 Sqft house located 350 feet away from the primary residence, so it is a private, safe location. Bakers Loft is a Vacation Rental located minutes from Guntersville City Harbor. Living room and bedrooms have TVs. There is a full bath and kitchen and free WiFi. Also, plenty of to room park with water hook up and available extension chords. The high vaulted ceiling gives a spacious feeling for relaxing.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for family gatherings, with a beautiful kitchen open to a large dining area and cozy living room complete with gas fireplace. Plenty of covered outdoor spaces are available for lounging and dining. Enjoy badminton, cornhole, or a campfire in our spacious backyard or relax on the covered dock looking out on the main channel of Lake Guntersville.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

" Lake View Shores" 4BR 2BA Lake House Sleeps 10

Lake life at its finest. Brand new 4 bedroom 2 bath lake house situated on 1.8 acres on the Scottsboro side of Lake Guntersville. Sleeps 10 in beds, community has a private boat launch & guests can access the boat house & sun deck. TV's in all the rooms, fiber internet, stand alone ice maker & all the amenities you need to enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum. No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Charming bluff house in quiet town with nice view of the Tennessee Valley. Gorham's Bluff is a small community with a lodge, meeting house, small library, amphitheater, duck pond and scenic overlook. A relaxing get away for rest and relaxation or working remotely without interruption. BE AWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON NEXT DOOR AS A HOUSE IS BEING BUILT. THIS SHOULD BE ENDING SOON , PERHAPS BY MID APRIL 2025. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
