The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

The apartment includes a balcony, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink, cooktop, electric kettle, microwave oven, and a Nespresso machine for your convenience.
