Our quiet cottage is located in Clarkesville, GA on a country road. Soak up the views of nothing but fields, cows, rolling hills and beautiful roses. This house features a massive covered front deck, grill, large table & seating for outdoor meals and relaxation. You will love sitting on comfy furniture while soaking in the view in the area that we call home.

Front porch, back deck, balcony, living area, reading room. Convenient to the highway, Piedmont University, downtown Demorest and Habersham Airport (KAJR). The interior has been fully remodeled. The outside retains the 1897 charm and space.

Outside, enjoy a screened in porch with an oversized swing, large deck with seating, and a fire pit.

Excellent location for visiting Piedmont University. See the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.
