Great location to get away from the city, but still close enough by car to the central of the Israel and also to a lot of wild nature. The house is 15 minutes walk from Kiryat-Motskin & Kiryat-Haim train stations. The house is close to (300 meter) from Haifa bay . You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood is 5 min walk from the beach, the light, the kitchen, the garden. My place is good for families (with kids).
