This private and comfortable condo is located directly in front of the bus stop to the ski lift and downtown Ketchum. The unit is well insulated and stays cool during the summer months (the coolest in town) and warm in the winter. The unit features a brand new king bed in the master bedroom a full sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo. The 2nd bathroom is across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom

Ideal location and for a winter or summer stay in the Ketchum/SV area. Minutes from biking & hiking, and the ski resort.

Family friendly Sun Valley condo

The Wood River Valley is great to visit year-round! The slopes open for early skiing in mid-Dec and we can see big snows hit into Spring. Summer hosts back-to-back festivals and Fall is best for end-of-season biking and hiking, as the temps start to drop. Our home is perfectly situated a short walk to Dollar Mountain and about a 10-minute walk to the Sun Valley Resort. We've put a lot of intention into creating our home and we invite you to stay and enjoy our space while we are away.
