This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Take it easy at this unique cabin experience in the city. The Tiny House is a private 9’ x 12’, fully insulated, 4 season cabin with a couch, kitchenette with running water, queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Spend your day hiking, cycling, antique hunting, tubing, or site seeing, then order in or grab take-out and come relax by a roaring fire. Firewood is included, adding great value to your stay. You WILL hear wildlife and farm animals here.

Welcome to our tiny Farmview Cabin that is nestled in the middle of our private oasis located in Acton ON. Our 50 acre farm has spectacular views from every direction. Our horses, sheep, swans, chickens and goats are here to greet you as well. This unique space will allow you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors during the day and a cozy warm space in the evenings! We offer a complementary breakfast to our guest, our in-house chef can also accommodate vegan and plant based

The Captain's Cottage at Willow Pond

You will have your own private one bedroom cottage on our 17 acre property. Your countryside getaway can be as quiet or as busy as you make it. You will have access to our tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, gazebo, pond, garden and woodland trails. Adults are welcome to use the exercise studio. There is a flock of heritage chickens, guinea hens and quail who lay beautiful eggs for your breakfast. We also have bees who produce delicious honey for our guests.

Waterfront Coach House Loft

This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.

Animal Lovers Dream! Barn Loft in Burlington

Experience life on a tiny farm just outside the city! Stay in our charming and comfortable barn loft and wake up to the sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, goats and horses and our adorable Highland cows. Spend time watching or interacting with all the very friendly animals that surround the barn. You will meet all the animals as they all come up readily to anyone who visits the farm. Guests are welcome to participate in the morning feeding.
