Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

This lovingly restored flat is located in St. Pauli, within walking distance of the Reeperbahn entertainment mile. It is in a very quiet location and is therefore not only suitable for groups who want to party in St. Pauli, but also for families, trade fair guests and for working. All around and in the neighbouring Schanzenviertel district, there are countless bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as unusual boutiques and shops.

Guest room at the lake

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
