The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Our house is a beautiful, modern, solar passive house set on a 5 acre property with amazing views to the north of the Margaret River Valley and Naturaliste National Park. The name means Beautiful View. It is an incredible house to stay in, our guests are in awe of the simplicity of the design, the house itself and the beautiful setting. A few minutes drive to the beach and about 7 minutes into the township of Margaret River. SHIRE approval #P219627 Come and treat yourself to a winter escape.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer.
