Beautiful Vintage Guesthouse 10 Min from Downtown

With vintage pieces pulled from and inspired by our travels around the globe, this renovated guesthouse is a little piece of our hearts. It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

Downtown Urban Cottage

Built in 2020, the Urban Cottage was created for guests! The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar just off from a beautiful living room, offering plenty of comfortable seats accompanied by a smart TV. Both bedrooms offer queen sized, comfortable mattresses. Two gravel parking spaces available steps from the private entrance. The Cottage is above a garage, but it is still very quiet as we do not use the garage door. Message us if have questions! Liz and Hannes

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.
