Sits on private land with boat launch, horseshoe pits, a pavilion with picnic tables. BBQ grill, smoker. Camper has hot water, shower, ( in and out) flush toilet, kitchen with fridge/freezer. Most comfortable for a couple. However, the couch and table also make beds so it can accommodate 2 small children.
