Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Beautiful Lake Front Home. This quiet, clean home is great for a quick get away. The completely remodeled Texas Classic is filled with decorations from the local area. The dock is perfect for diving & swimming as well as fishing. The patio is ideal for relaxing and gathering around the table or warming up by the fire pit.
