Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene countryside, you'll feel a world away from it all, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you'll find a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, fast wifi, and a full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook up a meal on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Groovy Chalet: Cool Mid-Century Mountain Digs!

Now entering our 8th season, the Groovy Chalet is a 750 SqFt mountain pad with a private deck, driveway, and entrance. Our great proximity to hiking trails and skiing was mentioned in Travel and Leisure's "Best Small Towns in the Catskills" feature in 2022. This groovy unit is located between Belleayre and Plattekill mountains and is close to cool towns like Andes, Flesichmans, Pine Hill and Roxbury. Well behaved and housebroken pets are welcome for a $50 fee. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE.

Little Red Schoolhouse

A charming Schoolhouse from the mid-nineteeth century with a separate sleeping cabin and bathroom approximately twelve feet away from the Schoolhouse itself. Open from March through the beginning of December. Remote, yet accessible. Two night stay minimum. PLEASE PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BY THE ROAD -- not on the dirt road itself, nor on the grass as it leaves tire marks on the grass (apologies for my obsession with a maintaining a nice lawn)

The kitchenette includes a foot-pump sink, one-burner stove, and cooking essentials. In cooler months, a Jotul wood stove adds warmth and charm.

Elevated into the Mountainside, Crow’s Nest looks out onto a spectacular view of the Catskill Mountain range of Belleayre. Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the back deck or bask in the glow of the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub or hammock. Less than 15 min from Bellayre Mountain and Pakatakan Reservoir. 4-wheel drive is necessary in winter months. The Catskill Forest Preserve is our backyard-literally (we have 5.9 acres that lead directly into the preserve). Only 5 min to Margaretville town center, grocery store, scenic train rides, restaurants.
