We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

Welcome to this beautifully crafted post & beam guest house in East Craftsbury. Lovely forest views, a running stream out back. Although 1 small dog is generally fine, please read further about the pet policy. Check in 3pm. Check out 11am and please park in designated spot. Experience all that Craftsbury and the Northeast Kingdom has to offer: Museum of Everyday Life, Bread & Puppet Museam, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Highland Center of the Arts, hikes, cross-country skiing!

Merle Cabin on Private Lake and 230 Acres

Situated on the grounds of a former summer camp, this freshly renovated 1-bdrm cabin has a modern kitchen, full bathroom, and sleeps up to 4: double bed & two twins. Best for a couple or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, and all basic cookware. Clean sheets & towels are provided. Merle has a small front porch and is a one minute walk to the lake. We have lived on our homestead at the end of a dirt road in Northern Vermont for 50 years. Here we grow and raise +/-90% of our own food. We have beautiful gardens, a 200 acre woods (with trails) and many farm animals for you to visit. It is peaceful and quiet here. The cottage is next door to our house and workshop but you will have plenty of privacy.
