Safe and convenient- a quiet place to relax after a visit to downtown Nashville, or a quick overnight stay. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Above garage, one room studio has a semi-private entrance with a 65 inch Smart TV, king-size bed, private full bath, dual monitor work station & comfy couch. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Franklin, 6 miles from FirstBank Amphitheater and 24 miles south of Nashville's Broadway scene. Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Welcome to The Gatehouse, and the private world of Dark Horse Estate. A perfect setting for friends and families to unplug. This residence can accommodate three overnight guests. The Gatehouse features a queen bed and a day bed. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and a huge, covered porch looking out over the countryside. The Gatehouse is exclusively yours and can be accessed with an outside entrance. This romantic one-of-a-kind get-away will exceed your expectations.

Welcome to the Eagles Rest! A unique 960 sq ft rustic cabin that rests on over 2 wooded acres in a peaceful and beautiful rural setting that can be hiked down to a creek on the property. This is the ideal spot for couples, outdoor lovers and those who simply want to recharge from the daily hustle and bustle. We are minutes away from outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, disc golf course, hiking, and much more. We are also a short 30 minute drive to Nashville and Franklin.

White Duck

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin minutes from Interstate 24. Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The quiet woodsy setting and comfortable interior of White Duck provide a restful transition from a day of sightseeing or an exciting football or hockey game. **There is a $50 pet fee** Please include your pet during the booking process.

Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

Serene hilltop hideaway conveniently located within 25 minutes of downtown Nashville and all the urban happenings! Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

The historic Chester cabin is in the heart of Fairview. The living room is part of the original log cabin built in 1807 during the early settlement of the area. The cabin has been beautifully renovated to perserve the history and the quaint charm of a bygone era. The cabin is conveniently located to both Nashville and Franklin, just a 25 min drive North or East. Grab a book and your favorite coffee or tea and step back in time with this charming cabin.

Trace Hollow Bunkhouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our cozy bunkhouse is minutes from historic Leiper's Fork, 20 minutes from popular downtown Franklin, and 45 minutes from Nashville. Located next to the Natchez Trace Parkway, our bunkhouse offers something for everyone! For hikers and cyclists, the Parkway provides miles of peaceful, low traffic walking trails and riding options along this scenic route.

Full apartment (950sf) on mini farm

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
