Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
