The container home is near historic downtown, Marysville Hospital, Muirfield, Mad River SKI, Nestle's, Scotts and Honda of America locations. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with air fryer, hotplate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & private entrance. Our space is family and business friendly conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate 71, 10 miles to Mid Ohio Race Track, Snow Trails, Malabar farm, & MANSFIELD Reformatory. Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to guests with a queen bed and futon.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.
