The unit has it's own A/C unit and a separate water heater from the larger unit on the other side of the building so you have full control of your environment. This home has 11 ft ceilings, all brick floors and the windows and door have unique antique flare. You will be able to see the Gulf from Rue Magnolia. It is next door to the best restaurants in Biloxi. It is a 3 minute walk the Hard Rock and the Beau, Ground Zero Blues Club and MGM Ball Park.
