The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

River House Suite

This quiet couple’s getaway is located just steps away from the St. Joe River. The waterfront one bedroom suite is fully furnished, has covered deck, landscaped property with dock. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. See wildlife galore all from your private deck or from the windows. Deer, turkeys, bald eagles and so much more right there every day. Access to the lake just a few blocks away and the trail of the Coeur d Alenes. Go out on your boat or take a bike ride; it's all here for you. Play on the beach, shop at our stores or have a meal and get some ice cream at the Creamery; so much to do. There's even live music in the park on weekends.

Please be advised: There is an active construction project close to this residence. This private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space is just a 15-minute walk to Sanders Beach, downtown Coeur d'Alene, and great hiking. It features a full kitchen, balcony, and secure parking. Relax on the outdoor patio with a grill, fireplace, and hot tub. Centrally located with quick access to local events, it's perfect for 1-4 guests seeking both comfort and convenience in a modern, peaceful setting.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor.
