Our home is in a quiet & family-friendly neighborhood. The place is cozy, clean, & sanitized. Guests have a private entrance to a whole floor with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, small kitchenette and a study area. We live upstairs. Guests have excellent internet connection. Close to highway 81, JMU, Sentara RMH hospital. We are 20 miles to the National Park, and close to several restaurants. Ideal for short-term stays. There is a dedicated parking spot and tandem parking is possible.

The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

This tiny home in Rockingham County has a lot to offer. Cram-packed with amenities, it has everything you need for a weekend retreat or week-long getaway. It includes a full kitchen, bathroom with tile shower, sleeper sofa that turns into a queen bed and smart TV. In the living room, there is a custom fold-down table for eating or playing cards. Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 5 minutes from several attractions located in Massanutten Resort (slopes, water park, outdoor pool, golf, bike trails, and way more). It is in the lower level of our home which we have enjoyed caring for over the last 34 years. Close to downtown Harrisonburg, JMU and EMU. Eat in kitchen with comfortable seating in living room. No pets or smoking. Enjoy spending time roaming gardens and enjoying outdoor spaces.
