Welcome to "The Eyrie" at Eagleview Retreat. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.
