Majestic sunsets over the South Puget Sound await you at our 70's themed A-frame house, which sits on the edge of a peaceful saltwater cove, where kingfishers, herons, and river otters play. Our house is in a small rural community on the southwest coast of the Key Peninsula, 90 minutes from Seattle, and 45 minutes from Tacoma. We have everything you need for a relaxing get-away: a well-equipped kitchen, books and board games, turntable and records, and a smart TV. Well-behaved dogs are welcome!

Forest Hideaway House with hot tub and trail

Guests enjoy the exclusive and private use of the cottage and 8 acre property on Harstine Island. Harstine Isl. State Park and Jarrell Cove State Park are a short drive away w/ access to Puget Sound. A trail meanders through the woods in the back half of the property, behind a small orchard. Relax and warm up in the hot tub under a canopy of trees. We have very fast high speed wifi internet, great for tv/movie streaming/working remotely. We are about 1 hr 45 min drive from World Cup in Seattle.

Relax with the whole family at our rustic cabin tucked in the woods on wonderful Harstine Island. Located at Hartstene Pointe, staying at our cabin gets you access to all the community offers, including, the community pool, hot tub, club house/community center, ping pong, and billiard tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids playgrounds, BBQs at the beach, 3+ miles of beach, and 5 miles of walking trails. Please note the pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Cozy Island Home w/Water View and Private Hot Tub

Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

Nature Awaits at Harstine Haven!

Enjoy nature and serenity on Harstine Island within the gated Harstene Pointe Community. With tasteful, minimal furnishings, this cabin is the perfect retreat for couples and families. With a pristine, beautiful beach less than half a mile away, and pool and hot tub access (late May through early Sept.), you're sure to find plenty to do (or not do) during your stay! Island life awaits! *Please note this is a residential community and not a resort. No concierge services available on site.

Sunset Lagoon Retreat is located on a private island in the Puget Sound of Washington. Enjoy your own private beach, paddle boat, kayaks, row boat, seafood filled lagoon, & spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains all framed in a different Sunset every evening. Outdoor activities to experience without leaving your retreat. How about fresh oysters, mussels or clams for dinner from your own seafood farm? Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and sea food lovers.

A hidden paradise located at The Pointe, on Hartstene Island. This gated community is located 30 minutes outside of Shelton on the North tip of the island. There is something for everyone in the family with a community pool and hot tub (OPEN SUMMER MONTHS ONLY), club house/community center, billiard & ping pong tables, basketball/pickle ball/tennis courts, kids play structures, cooking facilities/barbeques at the beach, 3.5 miles of private beaches and 5 miles of walking trails.

Welcome to my beautiful home and wooded property that's perfect for 1 to 4 guests on Harstine Island. Big kitchen, dining area, queen beds with cozy linens, full sized bathroom, towels, toiletries. Writing desks, books games, TV, WiFi. Relax with a view of the forest, birds and wildlife. Front and back decks with patio sets, hammock, umbrella. Walk in the woods or the two waterfront parks on the island. Basic breakfast, coffee, tea, snacks, some condiments and spices are provided.

For an adventurous twist, grab a kayak or paddle board and explore the tranquil waters of this Gig Harbor lake. After a day of fun, relax next to the lakeside fire or enjoy a card game in the cozy gathering areas inside.

Hood Canal No Bank Beach Cabin at Octopus Hole

Shuck, kayak, crab, clam, soak in the hot tub or just relax by the river rock fireplace in our beautiful beach cabin. 315' of oyster rich no bank waterfront on a sheltered cove. Everyone will have fun at Octopus Hole! Also available for rent are our adjacent studio cottage and our 2-bedroom 1930's cabin, located on the far side of the studio. All 3 cabins are located right next to each other, right on the beach. Rent two or all three cabins for a large group or a reunion!

Serene Lake-front A-Frame Cabin (1 bed + Loft)

Enjoy the private lakefront and dock from this classic 1-bed + loft A-frame cabin! Recently remodeled kitchen and bath. Great for couples or small families who enjoy the outdoors! The bedroom features bunk beds (perfect for little ones) while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for adults. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! Enjoy the peace & serenity of a quiet, non-motorized little lake in the woods in a classic, vintage A-Frame!
