Enjoy a remodeled third floor studio in a historic 1873 Springfield home. Queen size bed, large shower, sink, mini refrigerator, and private front entrance. There is a spacious TV room with a fold down couch option. Close to downtown Springfield, the MGM Casino, concerts, Basket Ball Hall of Fame and the Dr. Seuss museum with easy access to highways. This is a Studio on the 3rd floor so be aware of vaulted ceilings as in the pictures. This is a unique space for relaxing. See you soon!

It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
