Located on highly desirable Oak Street in Dennisport, you will relax and unwind in a newly updated 3BR/ 2 BA home. 2021 updates included a fully fenced in backyard and central air conditioning! Exterior renovations will be done Spring 2022! Updated master bedroom with a master bathroom including Electrolux washer and dryer. Less than 1000/ft walk to private Oak Street Beach and located in a family friendly neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance.

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Classic Cape cottage with new bamboo hardwood flooring, updated kitchen, beautiful new tiled bath and overall decorated like a true Cape Cod cottage. *There is parking for 2 cars only.* Linens can be provided for a fee of $20 per bed. The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
