Enjoy the country setting with convenient proximity to Richland and the beautiful Gull Lake. This cozy home is nestled on a wooded acre. You enter the home off the deck into the kitchen, which leads to an open layout living space. The dining room features a large window overlooking nature. Down the hallway are two comfortable bedrooms and a renovated bath. Basement with washer and dryer available. Guests have access to kayaks on Gull Lake. Within 20 minutes of both Kalamazoo and Battle Creek.

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with a small pond. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! Highway 131 is only two miles away.
