Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. The White Rock theatre is a 3 mins away & the Old town is a short walk along the seafront, with the main town just around the corner. The house was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
