My place is close to the a prime beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, 5 minutes to/from airport, Isla Verde tourist area and hotel strip, access to highway 26. Located near a mangrove natural reserve which allows you to observe Grag King Birds, Puertorrican Todies, Warblers, Braad-winged Hawks, Puertorican Parrots, Mocking birds, Ground Doves and you will also see roosters and hens. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, privacy, and the awesome location..

Lovely beachfront apartment at the heart of Isla Verde, WIFI an cable. Updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C, and all the cooking tools, It is located right next to the Ritz Carlton in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Kids friendly beach the apartment is very spacious for the kids.
