Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Lots of extras: kayaks, fishing poles, badminton set, beach toys, games, puzzles, books, children's toys, etc. It is close to north and south beaches, 4x4 ramps, dining, shopping and groceries. Home is newly renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor shower, and living room furniture. It's sitting on 2 acres including a tidal pond that connects to Slash Creek and on into the Pamlico Sound. Great for kayaks and paddleboards. Home is 2 minutes to beach and close to restaurants, ferry dock, stores, and marinas. Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck.

This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
