Es una casa colonial, construida en 1925,propiedad horizontal,de techos de 5 metros de altura y mosaicos coloridos de la época, muy luminosa y ventilada, por encontrarse la misma en un tercer y último nivel de un magnífico edificio. Sus propietarios actuales son los segundos dueños,los cuáles la reestructuraron manteniendo cada detalle de la época.
