This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.
