Lakeside escape & LOTS of space!

Full basement with outdoor spaces overlook the neighborhood lake surrounded by a half-mile walking trail. Through the patio entrance is a large game area with ping-pong/pool, a family room with seating for eight and an 80in TV, kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge/separate freezer, Keurig and two-burner cooktop, as well as various tables to seat 14 total. Two bedrooms and a full bath with tile shower are tucked away. The king room has a balcony with a lake view and the queen room has air hockey.

Close proximity to lakes, outdoor recreation , miles of ORV trails, and interesting and educational historical sites. 2 miles to historic downtown Clinton where you will feel as if yo have stepped back in time. Perfect for families, small get together or just to get away from the noise and crowds.

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
