Quiet cozy home with off street parking for one in a great downtown location. Quiet but within walking distance to downtown. Many hiking trails, and Carroll College is nearby. The Missouri River is close with excellent fishing. It is time for Alive at 5 - free music just blocks away. Happens every Wednesday night. Also, enjoy the walk to the Farmer's Market on Saturdays.
