The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Well equipped open plan with lounge area, fitted kitchen area, dining area, bedroom area, shower room and dressing room. Doors leading out to small first floor balcony. Equipped with WiFi, tv-freeview and Netflix, Towels, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. A welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and some treats. Secure off road parking.

A lovely period first floor flat suitable for 1/2 people on a business/leisure stay. Set in a secluded Victorian house (Churchfield, 3 Bangor Rd) close to the heart of Holywood (cafes 2 min walk/station 10 min walk/city airport 5 min drive). Self-contained with its own entrance the flat is fully serviced (includes heat/wifi), has private off-road parking and access to a mature garden. Our guests often comment how cosy and quiet the flat is but still close to all amenities. Tourism NI approved.

Lovely 200 year old fully modernised cottage with fully fitted modern kitchen for guests to use. We provide a food cupboard with tea, coffee and cereal etc. We leave bread and milk , and soft drinks.
