We are loaded on family fun including so many games I guarantee you won’t be able to get through them all, a fully equipped game room & much more! A charming home on a quiet street only six blocks from Main Street's shopping and restaurants. You can rest comfortably in a king or queen size bed and wake to enjoy the stocked coffee bar. If this is a working vacation, you will love the workspace and high speed wifi. While we're minutes away from River Road and its many dining options, you may decide to stay in and use the full kitchen. Either way you'll love relaxing on the large patio under the party lights. Please be mindful you'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. While we may not get to meet, my brother (co-host) lives nearby and will be able to assist with any of your needs!

Enjoy a giant TV, refrigerator, microwave, and accommodations for up to four people- comfortably 2. The unit has a twin daybed with a trundle and a queen bed all in the same 10’ x 14’ room. 12 minutes from SeaWorld, and 12 minutes from Six Flags. Centrally located near a bustling shopping area with quick access to a variety of restaurants and parks. This is an attached, private apartment to my duplex style house. Check out time 11 am. Earliest check in time 3pm.

Our guest suite is attached to our house but still offers complete privacy. You’ll have your own front door entrance & a driveway parking space (please read the full description for all that is included with your guest suite): - SeaWorld (10min away) - Six Flags (10min away) - The Riverwalk (20min away) - Helotes (7min away) - UTSA (10min away) Neighborhood Pool is currently closed for the season. House trained/crated pets are welcome (one time $75 fee)

Old Town Helotes- River Rock Ranch!!

People love this place!! Seriously, based on the arrowheads/ fossils we have found people have been here for hundreds of years. We have cleaned up 13 TONS debris on Los Reyes Creek restoring it’s natural beauty to the 3.5 acre property, see the newly constructed walking bridge in Old Town. No Parties- please be respectful to our neighbors- quiet hours after 9pm. Minimum age to book is 21
