This spacious retreat is designed for an easy lake getaway, accommodating up to six guests with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the open-concept living area with sealed concrete floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard firepit for relaxing evenings. Walk or ride a golf cart to Pendleton Park for boat launches, a sandy beach, and a playground.

There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Back in time 1940s Lakeview House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.
