The home is located near many great activities, such as 3 miles from the Willard Munger State trail, 4 miles from the Duluth Traverse bike trails, 3 miles from the Superior Hiking trail, 4 miles from Jay Cooke State Park, and 9 miles from Spirit Mountain. We are a working farm so don't be surprised to see livestock in your front yard. No on-grid power or water but there is a solar generator and drinking water is supplied. The solar can run a CPAP and charge cell phones easily. There's an outdoor shower and a very clean outhouse to use. Come relax and enjoy yourselves!
