Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Alternate foldable memory foam mattress is available. It is stored else ware, let me know before you arrive if it's needed. Off-street parking, two vehicles, Daily coffee provided.
