Relax in a delightful country house, based on traditional Kapstyl architectural heritage, River Shell House oozes charm & simplicity for unfussed holidays and getaways in a beautiful riverine setting. A wood-fired KolKol hot tub on the deck, is perfect for relaxation after a hard day of doing nothing or fishing ;) The house is on the Duiwenhoks river, 10 km from the estuary mouth, on opposite side of river to the village of Vermaaklikheid, and sleeps 10 in spacious, uncluttered simplicity.

Step out from your front door onto the sand. The house is centrally situated on the main swimming beach halfway between the tranquil river mouth and quaint harbour. Come enjoy the fresh ocean air in a beach house that is to be enjoyed by family and friends, a perfect hideaway from city life. It is unashamedly a beach duplex with modern conveniences. Note steep internal stairs. A duplex offering 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We can sleep 7 but the house is more comfortable for a smaller group.

Come and stay in the first container home in Malgas! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Rolling lawn and river access, use one of our stand up paddle boards or the Kayak and enjoy the river directly from our jetty. A brand new entertainment section that leads off the outside decking which has comfy chairs, a big braai and separate fire pit is also now available at The Old Oke Riverhouse along with a jetty which has padding to protect your boat. Breede River Cottage is only rented out a few times a year as it’s our special place and we want to ensure it remains a home from home, the place we can go to switch off from our busy city lives. Wakeing up early to the tranquil sounds of the birds, enjoying your first cup of coffee and contemplating the fun for the day, is what makes it special. Stone Cottage is a beautifully appointed original stone cottage situated on Long Thin Farm. Nestled in behind a small, picturesque olive grove a little further up the hill & offers beautiful views of the river & surrounding farmland. The riverfront is accessible from the cottages by taking a short stroll few hundred yards sloping down through the vines & olive orchards. 2 Bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen,lounge and dining area.
