Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. Pickle ball courts and a free beach is only minutes away.

Take the short drive down the mountain to Lake Chatuge to kayak or hike. Or just veg out with the smart TV and high speed internet. Main floor has 2 bed/2 bath. Finished basement with 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with queen bunks and 1 full bathroom. Plenty of restaurants close by or cook in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.
