The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. The space is simple and functional with its open layout. It's a charming, vibrant and inviting space. Play the guitar or learn...read some books, gander at the plants and art. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the front or back porch and relax after a day of adventuring around the New River Gorge National Park.

The NRG Roundabout is 1 mile from downtown Fayetteville, WV. The gateway to the New River Gorge National Park. It is close to Rt.19 and 2 miles from the famous New River Gorge Bridge. You will enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, rafting, restaurants and more! Updates: Flooring in kitchen, living room and hallway. Additional bedroom, new carpet in all bedrooms, roof and storm door. Exterior painted. Tomodachi resides on the back half of the property.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Enjoy the mountain breeze in this rustic and cozy A-Frame chalet. Hike through the woods, cozy up to an outdoor fire, or just relax on the porch and listen to the sounds of nature. The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.
