Feel right at home at the Cozy Place (2br/1ba) with a movie theater in the basement! Welcome to this completely renovated home with everything you need for your getaway. A fully stocked kitchen, an additional pull-out couch as an emergency-sleeper and two bedrooms upstairs. A movie room with 4k projector (120" screen size) and Dolby Atmos sound system, laundry in the basement and a fenced-in backyard with seating area. Centrally located in Hazel Park we hope will enjoy your stay with us!

Come stay at our preserved 1912 lower flat, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Our home is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and LGBT travelers. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your house trained dog.
