Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Enjoy a taste of simple, country living as you walk past our garden, chickens, and wild rabbits. The large, 1/2 acre property is charming, spacious, and the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Located just a short walk away from the light-rail which can take you to many restaurants, breweries and attractions. There is plenty of free street parking, generally right in front of the unit. We are usually home on the property and are available to assist when necessary.
