It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

Enjoy this newly built 2023 modern Beautiful Bungalow, located just 5 minutes to Custer State Park. Experience unique views of rock formations while you drink your morning coffee. You will have access to the entire house, all to yourself. Great area to hike, bike, see the fluffy buffalo. Just a two minute drive to downtown Custer. This area has great ATV, trail ride and kayak rentals near by! Feel refreshed when you stay in style and comfort with amazing accommodations.

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 1

The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
