Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River just steps away and enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

Escape to our fully renovated tiny pond house on the serene Mirror Pond. Perfect for up to 4 guests, enjoy swimming, kayaking, or floating on tubes. Unwind by the fire pit, barbecue on the deck, or cozy up by the fireplace (our apologize but it is currently not working) with board games on cooler days. With great WiFi, it’s also ideal for a peaceful work retreat. Whether you're here to relax, or get some work done, this tranquil hideaway offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

Rustic Studio by Woodland Stream

This simple, peaceful studio by our running stream has been used by our family as a song writing space, and a place for quiet reflection. Close to hiking on Ted's Trail and the Wapack Trail on North Pack Monadnock, just up the road. The studio has no electricity, and no running water except the stream for bathing. Outhouse is nearby. Bring your favorite lantern and a couple of flashlights, and anything else you like to have with you when you camp. We love this place--we hope you do too!

Secluded Lakeside Cabin

Secluded lakeside camp, newly updated - available June through October. Access by a private dirt road, surrounded by wooded area and natural paths. Cosy cabin that sleeps 6 with comfortable living space, screened in porch and private beach with your very own dock. Spend your days exploring by canoe, fishing, swimming to the raft or nearby sandbar and picking blueberries (seasonal) on islands dotted around the lake. Please note this is a seasonal property and not winterized currently.

A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The cabin has room for two inside (Two Twin or single King mattress options), but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*

15 minutes to Pats Peak. Adorable, tiny New England towns! Small family restaurants 10 minutes. The wall of windows will encourage you to relax or play on the frozen lake and make s”mores @ the fire pit (wool blankets provided.). Cozy living room stocked with boards games, smart TV & DVDs. WiFi, full kitchen and full bath. Upgraded experience like linen sheets, echo home manual, espresso maker and satin pillow cases. 3 person max, no children, no smoking.

Relax with the whole family at this cozy, peaceful cabin, located just steps from a clean, gorgeous lake. Swim, kayak, float, or just lay on the dock with the book you're reading, and relax the day away! At the cabin, you'll find air conditioning, a TV, wifi, hot water, a shower, dishwasher, patio, grill, and fire pit. You'll also have the use of both of our 2-person inflatable kayaks, as well as all lakefront kayaks, canoes and lifejackets labeled "PFC."
