Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. "the pickers cottage" is an 1850's historic brick house originally used as a place to house fruit pickers! This gorgeous home is situated in the character rich, inner city of Hobart. The building has been transformed into a light, spacious, cosy, contemporary 2 bedroom accomodation which is centrally located within minutes walk to the CBD.
